ASHRAF A. ISMAIL (4th Dan JKA Black Belt)
During the last 20 years, he has taught karate in private and university and college martial arts clubs. He has also participated as both competitor and judge in numerous provincial, national and international tournaments. He is accredited by the Japan Karate Association as an official instructor and examiner.

NICOLE-ANN MENEZES (2nd Dan JKA Black Belt)
Nicole-Ann started practicing karate in Australia in 2001, and won numerous titles with the Go Kan Ryu-New South Wales State Team. Since moving to Canada in 2010, she continued her training with the JKA, and received her black belt in 2013.

OCTAVIO MANZANO (2nd Dan JKA Black Belt)
Octavio started practicing karate when he was 10 years old in Cancun Mexico. He has won many medals in regional competitions, and received his black belt in 2014.

MATTHEW MELAND (2nd Dan JKA Black Belt)
Matthew started karate in 2005. He competed for the first time as a white belt and has competed ever since. He obtained his black belt in 2014.

George started practicing karate from the age of 8 in Montreal, Quebec. He competed in numerous regional competitions from childhood. He obtained his black belt in 2018. Since then, he has continued his training and assisting instruction at our dojo.
